Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Assisting in the developing and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to employment regulations.
- Supporting talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Assisting in performance management processes, such as appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
- Organizing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Prepare monthly payroll report
- Maternity Cover for Admin works - ordering of pantry goods, liaise with external vendors
Key Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Ability to work independently and proactively
