Roles and Responsibilities
To develop and execute marketing initiatives that will contribute to the outcomes of national-level public healthcare campaigns, such as I Feel Young SG (a successful ageing campaign) and Care to go Beyond (a branding campaign for the healthcare profession).
The scope of work includes:
Develop a national-level campaign strategy to achieve KPIs
- Develop sustainable, insights-driven marketing strategy to fuel go-to-market plans, in order to meet business objectives
- Manage campaign design and execution, in partnership with the appointed creative, media and event agencies to ensure timely delivery of quality and innovative campaigns
- Drive and execute pre-and-post campaign or audience research surveys to measure campaign effectiveness and impact. (This is done with the support of third-party research agencies and could be in the form of brand audit/ perception studies.)
- Effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders (internally and externally) to drive alignment and collaboration
Lead and drive execution excellence of campaign initiatives
- Drive and implement effective above-the-line, below-the-line and digital marketing and media strategies, that drive the desired outcomes
- Effective management of budgets, procurement processes, invoicing, forecasting, accruals and project timelines to ensure timely delivery and achieve good ROI for campaign deliverables
Deliver timely campaign performance reporting
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance against business objectives
- Constant optimisation and refining of campaign messages, mechanics and execution to meet aligned KPIs
- Develop campaign reports while providing analytical and strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance
Take on team mentorship responsibilities
· Guide junior members of the team to support their growth and development
To meet the challenges of this role, you must:
- Degree in Communications or Marketing
- Dynamic, independent and self-motivated individual who is meticulous and responsible, with a positive working attitude
- Strategic mindset with ability to make sound and quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
- Forward looking, analytical and possesses strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, networking and influencing skills
- Able to present and interact confidently with multiple stakeholders across all levels, to build collaborative working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking abilities; able to work under tight timelines
- Strong collaboration, team orientation and skilled in working within a cross-functional matrix environment
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Years of Experience Required:
- 6 – 8 years of proven track record in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns in a B2C environment to achieve KPIs
- Related healthcare sector experience is a bonus.
