Part Coordinator Officer (Based In Alexandra Office)

Service Part Warehouse Support

Received & Unstuffed inbound/outbound shipment goods and replenish to each location racking or boxes
Support daily technicians spare parts rental & returned (by picking & returning)
Co-ordinate with technicians for part issues
Handles inquiries related to spare part via email / phone
Prepare quotation & issue invoice to export/on-lines customers
Support Online (OBS / Shopee / Lazada) Part Order process
Support spare parts counter sales (lunch hour)
All others superior assigned roles
