Location & Training

Work Location: North East Area

Training (March – June): ION Orchard

Work Schedule & Hours

4-Day Work Week: (3 weekdays + 1 weekend)

Operating Hours: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM | 10:30 AM – 10:30 PM

5-Day Work Week: (4 weekdays + 1 weekend, fixed schedule)

Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Note: Work schedules will be assigned based on business needs and discussed in advance

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, including inventory management & visual merchandising

Maintain store cleanliness & ensure a visually appealing shopping experience

Handle cashier duties (payments, exchanges, returns)

Coordinate stock replenishment & transfers with the in-house driver and operations team

Conduct weekly stock-taking for inventory accuracy

Deliver excellent customer service & handle escalated issues professionally

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field

Passionate about fashion & delivering great customer experiences
