• Position : Marketing Executive (Corporate Gift Industry/B2B)
• Location : Yishun
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 Basic + 12 Days Annual Leave (Every Year + 2 Days up to 20 Days) + Incentives + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Product & Website Management (30%):

• Upload and manage product listings on the website
• Supervise website performance and functionality
• Maintain communication with web developers
• Design website banners and visual elements
• Familiarity with WordPress backend operations

B2B Corporate Marketing (70%):

• Develop and implement a lead generation strategy for corporate clients
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to support sales teams
• Create promotional materials (catalogs, sales decks, etc.)
• Generate blog posts and project articles (four per month)
• Post marketing content on Instagram and LinkedIn (twice a week)
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials

Requirements:

• Compulsory to hold a diploma in a relevant field such as Graphic Design and/or Marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Exhibits outstanding task management and multitasking abilities, coupled with an organized approach to work and creative prowess in visual communication, all while paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
