• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Support HR with onboarding new hires, offboarding and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees·
• Conduct housing inspection of foreign workers’ residence and maintain records·
• Carry out routine workplace housekeeping inspection and maintenance records·
• To assist in any other daily personnel duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder & must have a valid driving license
• Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in Admin administration.
• A good team player with a responsible and positive working attitude and the ability to multitask.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and interact with staff of all levels.
• Candidates with no relevant experience but with administrative background will be considered.
