ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Group financial reporting and SGX reporting

• You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly consolidation, group budget and forecast, monitor and report group cashflow position and etc. 

• You will be the HQ contact point in Financial Reporting, guide and supervise subsidiaries’ accountants and ensure compliance with the group accounting policies and reporting requirement.

• You will be the key liaison point to internal and external auditors and handles statutory audit requirements for both consolidated and standalone accounts.

• You will be required to prepare the required SGX reporting and announcement related forms included IPT ageing reports.

• You will be required to assist in compile and monitor the ‘Enterprise Risk Management’ reporting. 

Group FP&A

• Compile and analyse group results (actual, forecast and budget) with the Group Finance team.

Tax

• Handles tax filing and addresses tax queries.

• Be part of group transfer pricing and benchmark study projects.

Others

• Perform end-to-end functions such as intercompany billing, payment, and collection.

• Key contact points to support the trading business based in Shanghai, China. 

• Other duties and projects as required.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.

• Prior audit experience or SGX reporting experience is preferred.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint are preferred.
