Responsibilities:
1. To manage sourcing and procurement needs for Singapore retail, Taiwan retail and for local projects.
2. To manage supplier accounts, negotiate for best terms, and to establish good working relationship with suppliers.
3. To maintain supplier master list and prices
4. To issue PO and to follow up on import documentation, payments, QC inspections, shipping and transport etc
5. To work closely with Inventory Control & Logistic Department to inspect all new products received, and to follow up on SQRs and product feedback
6. To plan, attend and to follow up on local and overseas tradeshows
7. Oversee and cross-check team’s work
Requirements:
• Diploma in Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with minimum 2 years purchasing experience
• Preferably with experience in ERP or SAP systems.
• Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin is a must in order to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skill
