This temporary executive Assistant role supports finance, focusing on accurate and timely financial and operational reporting, data management, and insightful analysis. The position bridges the gap between raw data and actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in MS office application and data visualization tool, and the ability to communicate information clearly, playing a vital role in supporting financial operations.
Job Responsibilities*
You will be responsible for the following:
- Accountability for Monthly Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly workload and revenue reports.
- Ensure timely submission of workload reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and delivery of Executive Information System (EIS) report as scheduled.
- Data Management and Analytics:
- Extract and analyse workload data from reports prepared by Data Science & Analytics team.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using extracted data.
- Refresh the monthly financial dashboard in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Extract patient statistics for the Group Data Science & Analytics team for database maintenance.
- Clean up and manage closed IOs (Internal Orders) in the system.
- Financial Asset Management:
- Assist in Site Finance Fixed Asset Sighting, ensuring all assets are accounted for and properly recorded.
- Ad Hoc Data Analysis:
- Perform ad hoc data extraction and reconciliation tasks as required by the team or management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis when appropriate.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data used in reports and dashboards.
- Implement and maintain data quality checks and balances.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing reporting processes and data management system.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work effectively with various departments to gather necessary data and information.
- Clearly communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements*
Diploma in Business (preferably Accountancy)
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data visualization tools
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team in dynamic environment.
Resilient character and confident in management of ambiguity.
Tenure: 6 months contract
