Product Technical Manager - #1090949

The Product Technical Manager for Advanced Networks and Sensors will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of product development, from concept through to delivery. This role combines strong leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of video analytics and AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional team to ensure the successful execution of AI-driven video analytics solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical execution of AI and video analytics products, ensuring that development efforts align with the product vision, roadmap, and customer needs 
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and execute technical roadmaps for AI-based video analytics products and solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and innovation
• Guide the team in developing and optimizing AI algorithms, particularly in areas such as computer vision, machine learning, and real-time video processing, to enhance the product’s capabilities
• Translate global and regional market intelligence into actionable insights that inform strategic product direction
• Act as the technical bridge between product management, engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure seamless product development
• Lead the technical design and architecture of video analytics solutions, ensuring high-quality, robust, and scalable systems
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and video analytics trends, and lead initiatives to incorporate innovative approaches into product development
• Ensure compliance for advanced networks, sensors, and AI technologies by managing certification processes and maintaining adherence to industry regulations
• Partner with the Product Managers, Marketing and International Business to execute GTM plans that align with customer needs and business objectives

Salary:

• Up to $10,000 + VB

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or M.S.) or certifications in Digitalisation, AI and Data Science
• 5+ years of product technical management experience, with strong focus in AI, machine learning, and video analytics
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and regulatory requirements, with in-depth knowledge of compliance and certification processes relevant to the industry
• Preferred: Proficiency with advanced networks and sensors with AI applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and expectations and recommendations to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to design scalable, efficient, and high-performance AI-driven video analytics systems
• Experience with agile methodologies and managing the end-to-end development cycle of complex technical products
