  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 
  •  Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  •  Schedule and coordinate messages, appointments, and events. 
  •  Maintain and organize department records, files, and databases. 
  •  Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. 
  •  Act as a point of contact between the department and other internal and external par es. 
  •  Relay messages and information on accurately and promptly. 
  •  Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, prepare coffee for customers when required. 
  •  Manage department budgets, expense reports, and financial records. 
  •  Assist with the planning and executive on of departmental projects 
  •  Coordinate travel arrangements, including applying of visas (when required) and for department staff. 
  •  Provide clerical support to department staff as needed. 
  •  Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing of locker, equipment and uniform. 
  •  Prepare mee ng agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as required. 
  •  Dra , edit, and proofread documents and communications. 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  •  Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and assist in implementing changes. 
  •  Address inquiries and provide information on to clients, customers, and colleagues. 
  •  Handle complaints and resolve issues as necessary. 
  •  Follow the procedures of the Quality Management System for effective implementation and control.

Requirements :

  • ITE /O-level is acceptable if has at least 2 years relevant junior secretary admin experience. 
  • Good PC knowledge MSWord , Excel 
  • 1-month AWS 
  • 5 days’ work week, 8.15am to 5.45pm
  • Performance Bonus 
  • Working location at Tuas Area
