SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role at the one-stop service will require you to:
1. Quality Assurance Oversight
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures for box build manufacturing processes.
- Conduct product testing, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Process Validation
- Validate manufacturing processes to ensure consistent quality and reliability of products.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
3. Problem Resolution
- Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product and process-related challenges.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of quality activities, including test results, inspections, and audits.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Drive initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve operational efficiency.
- Train and support team members on quality standards and best practices.
6. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO, industry, and customer-specific quality standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and incorporate them into quality practices.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a box build or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13495 or IPC standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, 8D Report and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes like assembly, testing, and packaging.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex quality issues.
- Experience with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance
