Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team of QC to ensure continuous improvement to meet the desired quality standards, safety, regulatory and customer expectations. 
• Support all operational quality-related activities, including review of quality requirements 
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. 
• Conduct regular audits/Gamba walks and inspections of products and processes to identify areas for improvement. 
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and address quality control issues. 
• Perform root cause analysis and in the formulation of 8D, corrective, preventive actions and containment actions.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and equipment calibration records. 
• Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards before release. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control procedures are integrated into all aspects of the business. 
• Provide training and guidance to QA/QC staff on quality control procedures and best practices. 
• Ensure that all quality control activities are conducted in accordance with ISO standards and company policies.
• Manage customer’s feedback and response in timely manner. 
• FMEA is fully setup in daily operation to ensure variant of risk level has been identified and provide preventive action to control/reduce risk.
• Developing safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and conducting safety audits.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 
• At least 4 years of experience in quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment is a must.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality control procedures and standards. 
• Prepared to get hands-on when necessary 
• Great attention to details and a result driven approach 
• Possess strong leadership with sound problem solving skills
