A1 Construction Developer

For new HDB projects or new Condominium projects

Previous working experiences as a bim modeller

Job Scope :

• Construct 3D model and prepare drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software
• Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of drawings
• Achieve the drawing submission schedule

The Requirements

• Possess a Cert, Dip, Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any engineering cert with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in the local construction industry
