Role Summary
Be responsible for CIM solutions development and deployment, establishing procedures, and driving automation for 12" fab operations. Engage new IT skills and deploy them to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CIM system solutions to facilitate 12" fab operation automation and related quality control systems.
- Establish operation and development procedures for fully automated systems.
- Engage new IT skills, develop, and deploy them to achieve smart manufacturing.
- Introduce predictive maintenance and monitoring systems to ensure continuous operations.
Educational Qualifications and Essential Experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in CIM/AMA/RTD/.Net/Production Automation and AI is preferable.
Personal Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems efficiently.
- Enthusiastic and strong team player.
