RECRUITFIRST IS HIRING, YOU WILL BE OUTSOURCED/DEPLOYED TO:
Location: Changi
Duration: 4 mths
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm (3 days office work, 2 days WFH)
Pay: $2.3k/mth
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with agents for timely submission of documents
- Verify calculations and match details against contracts to ensure that agreed rates, chargeable weights are accurate
- Ensure adhoc shipments are created and updated promptly
- Key in adhoc shipments accurately to minimize disputes and discrepancies
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to remote location
- Prior admin experience
