Contract Bank Staff (Invoice Processing) at Tampines, up to $2500 - #1090878

Job Responsibilities:

• This position reports to the team lead and requires working with the team.
• The individual is responsible in performing day-to-day processing of invoices by verifying the accuracy of invoices in accordance with financial policies and bank procedures and reconciling any discrepancy.
• The individual will be able to work closely with both external vendors and internal stakeholders such as procurement, operations and IT within the division.

Salary:

• Up to $2,500

Period:

• 4 months contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location:

• Tampines

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with administrative/banking backend experience 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
