Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates for temporary roles through job boards, social media, and networking.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening candidates to presenting them to clients.
• Temp Project Operations: Plan, schedule, and coordinate temp staffing projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Candidate Pool: Maintain a strong database for quick placements.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and industry insights to provide value to clients and candidates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support successful project execution.

Requirements:

• 1 Year experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, especially in temp staffing.
• CEI is required/ attainment within 2 months.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing projects.
• Open to candidates without experience who are eager to learn.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed.
• Sales-focused with an interest in recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of a vibrant team.
