Roles & Responsibilities
-Candidate must possess at least an ‘O’ Level with a pass in English, Nitec Certificate or Diploma in Aviation Management or equivalent
-Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
-To manage the ops administration and assist the Flying Executive Officer (FXO) during flying operations
-To liaise with the Corporate Support Department on leave matters of the staff of the Ops Department
-To assist in the upkeep of flying progress records, the ops manpower roster, and to update the pilots’ licence and flying currency monitoring record
-To assist in the dissemination of flight critical information through the Hot Poops system
-To provide flying statistics and flying records for the SYFC Management and the pilots when required
-To apply for Airside security clearance through Airport Police for ad-hoc experiential flights and Basic Flying Course (BFC) student renewals
-To carry out secondary duties as assigned
Daily Task:
-Coordinate with appropriate agencies for airfield information
-Assist the schedulers in preparing the flying and Flight Training Device (FTD) programmes and publish them once approved
-Distribute the flying programme to agencies that require it and inform students who have been planned for training
-Liaise with agencies on any amendments to the flying programme
-Monitor the booking of flights by students
-Prepare students’ P-folder for flight training and FTD sessions
-Prepare the forms for students’ phase-out/graduation/withdrawal reports for FIs when required
-Update students’ attendance
-Compile flying records and statistics
-Ensure compliance with recording norms in the Operations & Training Information Management User System (OPTIMUS)
-Manage the information and records in the flying records database
-Record operations detailed as required
Other Information:
- Five-day work week
*0730hrs to 1600hrs as early shift, Tuesday to Friday or
*1000hrs to 1830hrs as late shift, Tuesday to Friday and
*0730hrs to 1830hrs on alternate Saturdays /
*0730hrs to 1630hrs on alternate Sundays
- Uniform (polo-tee) provided
- Work location at SYFC (Seletar area)
