Corporate Legal Counsel (PQE) @ Seletar | Up $13500 | Maternity Cover - #1090866

Duration: 5 months (Maternity cover)

Location: Seletar 

Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Legal Advisory

• Provide legal services to the Business Units, Functions Group entities present in Singapore and the respective APAC legal entities or operations
• Work with business stakeholders including senior leaders to assess legal implications and potential risk, help them identify, understand and manage both short-term and long-term risks to the business.

Contracts for activities

• Draft, review, adapt and manage contracts  depending on the business needs and ensure proper coordination with all relevant functions

Compliance and Regulations

• Coordinate within the APAC Region on policies, regulations and legal processes. 

Claim management / Litigation/ Arbitration

Job Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer and/or with substantial MNC in-house legal experience combining solid academic background and practical experience; In particular, in business law with knowledge and experience in contracts, litigation, compliance and other in-house matters;
• Minimum 8 PQE. Bar admission preferred.
