HR Executive (Employee Relations) - #1090857

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute company activities such as Family Day, D&D, Olympic
• Organise festive season activities and decoration
• Budget management for all activities
• Organize UMC interest groups
• Organize communication meetings with HQ
• Notice Board & Portal management and employees' birthday gift distribution
• Source and liaison with current and new vendors for event related activities and special promotions/discount for UMC employees.
• Assist in Relocation related Applications
• Petty cash for condolence, bereavement, childbirth, hospitalization & birthday gift.
• Responsible for all Travel arrangement (Air ticketing, Visa application, hotel reservation and car rental) at the lowest possible cost and fastest delivery time.
• Conduct company annually survey and CSR survey from customer
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Required skills / abilities: 

• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PPT knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fast learner
• Capable of taking challenges and working under pressure in a fast paced environment. 
   

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
