Accounting & Tax Manager, SEA - #1090855

About our client

Our client is a large US MNC with  global revenues of close to USD 10 billion, listed on Nasdaq. The company has significant manufacturing operations in Singapore and due to growth has a newly created position for an Accounting and Tax Manager for SEA. 

About the responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounting Director and managing a team of 4, the person is responsible in overseeing  and managing the daily operations of accounting, payroll and tax functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.

He/She is also responsible for projects in respect of automation, system improvements and changes. 

The requirements

•  Degree qualified CA/CPA with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Preference is for someone who has worked in a multinational corporation in the manufacturing industry with  a few  years of specialized experience in tax apart from accounting. 
• Strong proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and MS Office applications, alongside excellent data analysis and time management capabilities.
