Chef de Partie – 星馬菜 (Work Location: Macau SAR) - #1090854

A prestigious luxury hotel in Macau is now hiring a Chef de Partie with expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine. Mainly specializing in Malaysia and Singapore Cuisine.

Duties:

• Prepare high-quality Singaporean and Malaysian dishes to meet guest expectations; monitor inventory levels and assist the head chef with daily kitchen operations. 製作高品質的星馬菜餚以滿足賓客的需要；監控倉庫的庫存水平，協助廚師長及日常廚務工作
• Ensure the quality of dishes served meets guest demands. 掌控菜餚的出菜品質，以滿足賓客的需求
• Forecast inventory needs and manage stock, using procurement systems to place orders to ensure a sufficient supply of ingredients. 預測存貨需要和進行倉儲管理，使用採購系統進行訂貨，以確保供應充足
• Store and refrigerate food according to HACCP standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and equipment. 以HACCP的標準儲存及冷藏食品，保持廚務及用具的清潔衛生

Requirements:

• Experience working in four or five-star restaurants specializing in Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine. 具四、五星級星馬菜餐廳之工作經驗
• In-depth knowledge of Singaporean and Malaysian dishes (e.g., Hainanese Chicken Rice, Laksa). 對新加坡菜、馬來西亞菜餚瞭如指掌（如海南雞、喇沙
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English preferred. 能操流利廣東話、普通話及一般英語能力 (Ability to communicate and liaise with international supplier and colleague.)
• Basic computer skills. 基本電腦操作
• High school diploma or equivalent. 高中程度
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift. 8小時工作
