Product Tester/Technician (East / Salary UP 3,200) - #1090850

Job Details:

• Salary UP to $3200
• Monday to Friday (3pm to 11pm/ 11pm to 7am) 
• Only PM and Night Shift available (Fixed Shift) 
• Night shift: 11pm to 7am 
• Both shift with shift allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Support engineers in executing all test-related tasks.
• Assist with the setup and implementation of various product configurations.
• Conduct testing, analyze results, troubleshoot product failures, and collaborate with process and test engineers to improve yield.
• Engage in Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update test tracking records.
• Prepare and revise Working Instructions (W/I).
• Provide training on Working Instructions to new hires.
• Assist with the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and production runs.
• Contribute to ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Job Requirement:

• Nitec & above qualification in engineering with at least 1-3 years of working experience in testing and debug environment
• Open to shift work
