Accounts Payable Executive (Contract) - #1090849

Invoice and accounts payable 

• Checking and recording of both trade and non-trade invoices 
• Contacting suppliers for monthly statement of account (SOA) 
• Supplier reconciliation between SOA and internal accounts payable subledger for both trade and non-trade suppliers

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting and Finance / Business or equivalent 
• Knowledge of Navision or SAP accounting system will be advantageous 
• Meticulous, collaborative, self-starter and team player 
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office such as Excel
• Able to meet tight deadlines especially during month end closing period
