Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries to evaluate the specific application requirements.
• Engage with customers via phone calls and emails on a day-to-day basis to follow up on quotations and clarifications. 
• Support the Sales Manager to track, analyse and generate reports.
• Clarify with customer where necessary to resolve unclear requirements.
• Create sales order, procurement, shipment and shipping information going back to the customer up to the point of delivery. 
• The scope of territorial coverage includes Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China.  

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma holder in any field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with good working knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
• Dynamic, self-driven, motivated and posses a keen attitude to learn and advance.
