Location (Nearest MRT): Yishun 

Salary: Up to $4,000 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience) 

Duration of Work: Permanent Headcount

Work Days & Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours

Responsibilities: 

• Perform AR Month-end closing tasks (Deferred Revenue, Bank Reconciliation, monthly AR Aging report). 
• Various duties and functions, which includes issuing school fees invoices and collection of fees. 
• Assist with the issuance of receipts. 
• Providing fees computation for student contracts. 
• Assist with refund status. 
• Follow up closely on AR Ageing and AR Report. 
• Monthly FPS (Fee Protection Scheme) Insurance submission. 
• Handling walk-in parents and queries. 
• Manage and handle yearly audit. 
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements: 

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management or a related field is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or similar role
• Comfortable to do OT during peak period
