We are looking for a highly skilled Software Manager to lead and oversee our development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

• Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.

• Project & Delivery Management:
  • Oversee software development projects from planning to deployment.
  • Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and security.
  • Work closely with product managers, scrum masters, UX designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and priorities.
• Technical Oversight:
  • Ensure best coding practices, architectural principles, and development methodologies are followed.
  • Review code, design, and technical solutions to maintain high software quality.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate adoption.
• Process & Agile Development:
  • Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies for better project management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management:
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
  • Gather feedback and align technical decisions with business objectives.

Qualities We Value

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (microservices, containerization).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of software security, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
