Training Executive - #1090818

• Conduct training needs analysis and implementation of workplace learning programmes;
• Develop and update training materials, including On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints, with stakeholders’ learning requirements and conduct in-house training;
• Oversee and administer training courses / conferences including securing approvals, participants registration, materials preparation, processing and tracking payments, database management and evaluation;
• Implement activities to enhance service quality and sales performance;
• Support and participate in other HR&A activities and projects; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio

Requirements: 

• Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years of related working experience
• IT savvy and working knowledge with digitalized learning solutions
• Resourceful, self-motivated, possesses initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (liaise closely with Mandarin-speaking employees)
