ADMIN ASSISTANT - MARINE EQUIPMENT
LOCATION : TUAS - NEAR TO MRT & TRANSPORT PROVIDED
BASIC SALARY : $2600-$2800
Responsibilities:
- Generate Delivery orders and invoices
- Answering phone calls
- Printing, Sorting, Filling of Delivery Order and Tax invoice
- Mailing of Tax invoice to customers
- Issue Debit and Credit note
- Ordering of office equipment and stationeries such as toner, A4
paper & envelop - Sending Statement of Accounts to customer every month
- Arrange courier service as and when required
- Prepare invoice and packing list
- Consolidate and submit petty cash summary to accounts every
month - Attend sales inquiry and process order via email / phone calls
- Process PO to vendors
- Update and follow up with customer outstanding order
- Liaise with customer of goods collection method and payment
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘N’ Level
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

ADMIN / SALES COORDINATOR - STEEL / ALUMINIUM - SME
LOCATION : TUAS - TRANSPORT PROVIDED
BASIC SALARY : $2500-$3000
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in the preparation of quotations, delivery orders
- Maintain and update sales documentation, including invoices, contracts, and client information.
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing information about products and services.
- Process sales orders and follow up on order status, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
- And others ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good customer service skills

LOCATION : CLARKE QUAY
BASIC SALARY : $2500-$3000
Responsibilities :
• Handles insurance renewals, quotations and create policy online
• Data entry, handles phone and email enquiries
• Do multi-tasking role
• Training provided
Requirements:
• Min GCE ‘O’ Level
• General Insurance knowledge or certification is a plus
