Job Responsibilities:
  • Office Security - Oversee overall office security system such as door control access system, CCTV system, ensure standards and requirements of ISO 27001 are met. 
  • Maintain master inventory of devices (Multi-Functions Devices) and to redeploy idling devices to ensure device optimization.
  • Appointed as member in Company’s Workplace Safety & Health Committee and ensure that monthly WSH committee meeting and safety inspection are conducted accordingly.
  • Regularly update the Organisation Chart (WSH and CERT) and Emergency Preparedness Plan.
  • To assist the Country MUDA Leader to accelerate MUDA (Waste) Busters Activities in Singapore.
  • Manage and ensure the agreed service level agreement of the following facilities services are provided:

 

  1. Cleaning services
  2. Maintenance of Aircon System
  3. Maintenance of Solar Panels
  4. Mechanical and Electrical Services
  5. Fire Safety Equipment
  6. Water dispenser and Hot Drinks Machines
  7. PABX / PBX System
  8. AED
  9. Lightning Warning System
  10. Pest Control
  11. Supply and Maintenance of office plants
  12. Floor Mats 
  13. Workplace Safety and Health Officers

 

 

  • Source, evaluate and procure Facilities and Corporate Services related items such as the following:

 

  1. Office equipment and furniture
  2. Telecom Services 
  3. Electricity Supplies 
  4. Facilities Services (i.e. Equipment Maintenance, Pest Control)
  5. Corporate Insurances 
  6. Corporate Hotels arrangement
  7. Corporate Airlines and ticketing agent 
  8. Any other related Goods & Services

 

  • Provide General Administration Support on the following:

 

  1. Season carpark
  2. Process invoice payment to vendors
  3. Monthly submission of Payroll Transaction Form
  4. Manage Event Halls and C & C Meeting Room Bookings
  5. Fixed Assets (i.e. sighting, disposal) 

 

Job Requirement:
  • General diploma preferably in Facilities Management or Building Services with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work as a team player and independently, pro-active and results oriented.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Knowledge of workplace, safety and health
  • Good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, fluency in English both oral and written.
