Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure adherence to specifications and regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns.
• Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring effective communication among team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to monitor project performance and address any deficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions and maximize success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of project management in landed housing construction.
• Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Possess Singapore Driving Licence is a plus point.
