A Sales Order Administrator (SOA) is responsible for the commercial processing, support (before and after commissioning) and monitoring of all inquiries and orders of designated customers. SOA is also responsible for Supply chain management (SCM) role. SCM is required to plan, control and execute a product's flow, from acquiring raw materials and production through distribution to the final customer.
Job responsibilities:
- Advising customers in regard to all inquiries relating to RSG's product range.
- Interpreting, clarifying and realizing basic customer specifications for offers and orders
- Compiling, analyzing (commercially) and sending offers and order confirmations incl. relevant documents for the first technical clarification (esp. order sheets) for products, components and parts for designated customers.
- Set up and monitor customer terms in regards to pricing (price agreements, contracts etc.), delivery terms and payment conditions in coordination with the relavent Sales representative.
- Support the Sales Team by susequent follow-up of offers and outstanding payments.
- Entering customer orders for internal processing and planning. Coordinating, scheduling and monitoring of progress during processing / implementation.
- Assisting with and monitoring delivery and invoicing in coordination with Export department (esp. in regards to sensible countries, Letter of Credit transactions) and in contact to his / her designated customers.
- Providing commercial support and after-sales services to designated customers and subsidiaries.
- Noting, filing and update-initiating of customer relevant data (contact info, specific price agreements, delivery and payment terms, special transport notes etc.) in the ERP system and share files.
- Issuance of Purcahse orders
- Follow up and monitor closely with suppliers' delivery schedule to confirm compliance with order confirmation
- Monitor stock levels and conduct monthly inventory meetings
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
