Account Development Executive (BD) - #1090774

Job Description:

• Salary: Up to $3500 subject to experience (salary adjustment after probation)
• 5 days; Mon – Fri; 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Location: East Side - Office-based with potential client visits or industry events.
• Permanent Role + 14 AL + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to sourcing and generate leads and introduce freight forwarding services.
• Qualify sales prospects and maintain records of outreach and responses.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate freight quotations, and coordinate pricing.
• Support the sales team in lead management, follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align services with customer needs and sales strategies.
• Communicate with European clients to build and maintain relationships.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experiences in telemarketing or telesales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in lead generation and cold calling.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain (is a plus).
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
