Sales Executive (Contractor / Customer Service / Project / East) YH36 - #1090764

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of day-to-day sales operations, and attend to walk-in customers.
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries, preparing quotations and proposals
• Develop, identify, and create new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers
• Work closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain and expand the company's existing client base to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Build rapport with existing customers to achieve continuous support by constantly monitoring their progress and attending to their needs
• Follow up and update the status of the quoted project to maximize the possibility of securing the project.
• Update and provide monthly sales forecasts and progress reports as and when required.
• Ad-hoc assigned related to Sales matters
