Job Summary:

This role involves managing the full set of accounts, preparing management reports, and assisting the Finance Manager with audits and tax matters. Responsibilities also include handling government and client invoice submissions, payment collection, and financial reporting.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts along with management reports.
• Generate client invoices and submit them through government/client portals.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment settlements.
• Liaise with external parties and support audit and tax filing matters.
• Manage intercompany transactions, perform balance reconciliations, and ensure outstanding balances are settled periodically.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable aging and take necessary actions as required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Review, enhance, and implement financial workflows, processes, and policies to improve internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial management tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent certification in financial accounting.
• Proven experience in managing a full set of accounts, with solid knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work independently when handling audit and tax filing matters with external parties.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Accounting systems.
