Compensation

• Bi-Annual Performance Bonus (PB): 1 to 3 months (Based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across different industries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and follow-ups
  • Ensure yearly contract renewals of existing clients.

2. Business Support and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Talent Acquisition teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities by expanding the company’s client portfolio.
  • Support internal business units in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders within the company and is able to cope in a fast-paced working environment.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on MOM guidelines and regulations related to employment practices in Singapore.
  • Ensure that all client engagements align with industry best practices and government regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients regarding employment compliance matters.

 

Requirements

  • Local Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, operations management, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM guidelines and employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Must be meticulous and be able to work in a very fast-paced environment.
