Work Schedule: 5.5-day work week (ONLY 1 SATURDAY PER MONTH)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Tender and Bidding Team, including quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities preparation, contract and drawing review, specification interpretation, and clarification requests.
• Assist in requesting quotations, building tender base costs, finalizing submission prices, and compiling mandatory documents for submission.
• Prepare tender cost proposals for management review and attend site briefings and kick-off meetings when required.
• Oversee contract management for assigned projects, including procurement of materials, main contract and subcontract administration, cost analysis, and price evaluations.
• Source and compare three quotations for project material requests, liaise with suppliers and purchasing teams, and monitor project order schedules.
• Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements, ensuring all invoices are submitted promptly.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims, issue payment responses, and process final payments.
• Manage project-related matters such as Extension of Time (EOT), contract terms, prolongation claims, and loss/expense claims.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in tendering and contract management.
• 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools, procurement, purchasing, and billing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
