Overview

As a SAP MM Lead Consultant. You will be responsible for leading SAP Material Management (MM) implementations, focusing on inventory and warehouse management. They collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into SAP solutions, and ensure system integration across modules. Key responsibilities include business process analysis, solution design, testing, documentation, and training. The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, 2-3 implementations, RICEF knowledge, UI/UX experience, and expertise in Fiori apps. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

What will you do?

Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Build effective working relationships with business stakeholders.
• Understand business issues, concerns, and priorities.
• Lead business case development, planning, and monitoring.
• Translate and simplify business requirements.
• Identify areas requiring system solutions.

Solution Design & System Integration

• Analyze changes and assess their impact on other SAP modules.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with overall architecture design.
• Partner with functional and technical consultants for integrated solutions.

Implementation & Testing

• Lead/participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, and training.
• Design and document specifications for program development.
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure developed programs meet user requirements.

Security & Compliance

• Gather and collate authorization setup information.
• Ensure compliance with program standards, processes, and SAP-specific technical standards.

Leadership & Team Coordination

• Lead functional and technical teams.
• Facilitate requirement and solution workshops.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong understanding of SAP Material Management (MM) processes
• Minimum 10 years of SAP project implementation and rollout experience (SAP MM, Inventory, and Warehouse Management)
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps and UI/UX design
• Knowledge of RICEF development
• Ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing
