Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our structured cabling products and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry to closing deals. Your role will also involve ensuring excellent customer service and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities to expand market reach.
• Promote structured cabling products and solutions to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new Channel Business Partners.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Manage the sales process, including quote preparation, pricing and terms negotiation, sample board submission, and closing of sales.
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales operations and enhance customer service.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Knowledge of LAN cabling products and infrastructure solutioning is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in preparing quotes, conducting margin analysis, and using Microsoft Excel.
