Assistant Engineer (Air-Con) (Valid Class 3 License) - #1090724

The Role

As part of our Field Service team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our customers across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving faulty equipment issues will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and quality of Mitsubishi Electric products.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairing of air-conditioners.
• Perform on-site testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide resolutions to technical problems.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service partners.
• Assisting team lead in planning daily manpower schedule.
• Answering customers' enquiries or responding to feedback via phone, email or on-site.
• Handle work process procedures on spare parts, billings, job sheets closing and report preparation.

Your Skills

• Strong customer service skills 
• Good knowledge of ACMV, HVAC, Home Electronics

Your Profile

• Possess a Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• On Job Training will be provided for those without prior experience. 
• A valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive learning attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
