Role and responsibilities:
1. Manage traditional market customer accounts. (Coffee shop, wet market, hawker and etc.)
2. Manage customer orders daily ensure all orders received by ordering department and work closely with ordering team.
3. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
4. To handle customer service and complaint daily and collaborate with internal team closely to ensure customer complaint is settled.
5. To monitor closely customer payment term and ensure no overdue amount based on contract.
6. To collect customer payment and ensure all accounts are on track.
7. Maintaining good rapport with existing customers.
8. Establish new business opportunity and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
9. Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirement:
1. 2-3 years of sales experience in traditional market (Coffee shop, wet market, hawker and etc.)
2. Minimum O Level qualifications.
3. Must have valid driving license in class 3. (Transport provided)
4. Willing to learn, can-do attitude and passion for sales.
5. Proficiency in Chinese as need to communicate in Chinese with customers from Traditional markets(Coffee shop, wet market, hawker and etc.).
