Your Job

• Provide Level 1 Support; troubleshoot and resolve CIM related issues following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); Semiconductor Applications includes, MES, CMMS, RMS, SPC, FDC and EI
• Proactively monitor status, availability and performance trends of CIM Applications and Servers
• Detect and respond to issues promptly
• Log and categorize all issues timely and accurately
• Responsible for timely and concise shift pass down and follow up
• Escalate to Level 2 Support (CIM Engineers) or IT following escalation procedure
• Attend to assigned CIM Work Requests
• User Account Management
• CIM Terminals/PC Management (Setup/Install, Inventory Control, simple repair)
• Roll out new or enhanced Equipment Interface (EI)
• Perform acceptance tests for CIM enhancements
• Senior Associate Engineer apart from above task
• Able to coordinate a team of CIM AEs to complete more complex CIM Work
• Requests - Act as buddy for new CIM AEs
  • Able to make minor EI code changes/simple enhancements
  • Participate in CIM projects 

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer & Communications Engineering, Computer or Applied Science or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform shift duties to support Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) Applications & Users

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong sense of urgency.
