Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight inquiries, bookings, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions to enhance service experience.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and import/export documentation.
Monitor shipment progress and update customers on status changes, delays, or issues.
Assist in freight rate negotiation and quotation preparation for customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all transactions are documented in the system.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Support the sales team with service-related inquiries and customer follow-ups.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
