Senior / HR Executive - #1090699

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 5 days (8am to 5:30pm)

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, embrace challenges, and assist in organizing and improving current processes and documentation.

Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day HR operational functions
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, pre-screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete and up to date
• Manage staff's administration including on-boarding and off-boarding
• Handle EP, SP, and WP applications, renewal, and cancellation including arranging for repatriation
• Handle Insurance Claims for WICA and Medical
• Maintaining personnel records and ensuring filing are up-to-date
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
