Account Setup and Configuration:
Create user accounts and configure access rights in accordance with company policies
Ensure that users have the necessary permissions to access required systems and resources
Laptop Provisioning:
Prepare, provision, and test laptops, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary software, security patches, and user-specific configurations
Install and configure essential applications such as office productivity tools and any specialized software relevant to the user’s role
Liaise with Users:
Collaborate closely with users to address inquiries and effectively coordinate all onboarding activities
Technical Support:
Manage user-raised tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
Provide level 1 support by assisting with user inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and other technical challenges, and escalate issues to higher-level support as needed
Misc:
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process workflows, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
