Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact 

The Business Development Executive will have responsibility for driving market share and qualifying leads. The Business Development Executive will follow up on web inquiries, pre‐qualify leads, and develop to the point of Sales closure. In addition to inbound inquiries, the Business Development Specialist will perform prospecting, marketing event outreach and sales development functions to build a pipeline within targeted accounts designated by management. An implicit responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience to set the stage for future sales.

 

Be Part of Our Success 

  • Prospect and pitch to potential new clients and establish a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Source for potential clients by scanning and identifying potential business opportunities on multiple platforms and through networking
  • Achieve or exceed goal for qualified leads to Sales on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct general market research to understand industry and client needs
  • Develop and Manage client relations by working closely with potential customers and partners
  • Prepare tender proposals, pricing, administration documentation and presentation materials
  • Manage coordination and administration with customers and IT vendors/partners
  • Support the Director in meeting the department’s target and to undertake additional cross-functional duties and projects as assigned
  • Update lead status and all prospect interaction in CRM application daily.
  • Provide weekly activity report to management.

 

Qualities We Value 

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales and business development hunter role for professional services preferred
  • Candidates with complex sales, Business Process Outsourcing or Call Centre services sales experienced preferred
  • Entry level candidates can be considered 
  • Be familiar with GeBiz and large-scale tendering processes
  • Be comfortable working/partnering with Digital and Technology vendors and sub-contractors to translate business requirements to tender solutions
  • Strong self-starter with excellent networking and persuasion skills
  • Good communication, complex proposal writing, powerpoint and presentation skills
  • Meticulous with strong numeracy skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools.
  • High standards of customer service, honesty and integrity
  • Able to work well in a team and as an individual contributor
  • Have the desire to succeed in a dynamic environment. You think out-of-the-box and wow people with your interesting angles and quality work.
