The Enterprise Architect will be a key technical leader, responsible for driving the design and implementation of eServ’s enterprise-wide architecture. This role combines expertise in AI and data architecture with strategic oversight of technical presales activities. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our AI and data capabilities align with our overall enterprise goals while supporting technical presales for client acquisition and retention.

Enterprise Architecture Development

• Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure enterprise architecture to support eServHub’s BPO, MSP, and emerging AI and data services.
• Develop comprehensive roadmaps and blueprints that align business objectives with technology strategies.
• Establish governance frameworks for architecture design and implementation.

AI and Data Competency Building

• Drive the development of AI solutions, leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Lead data architecture initiatives, including data modeling, data governance, and the design of modern data platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses).
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across internal processes and client offerings.
• Stay ahead of AI and data trends, tools, and technologies to keep eServHub competitive in the marketplace.

Technical Presales Leadership

• Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to support presales activities by providing deep technical insights and designing tailored solutions for clients.
• Lead client-facing discussions to understand business challenges and propose technical solutions in AI, data, and enterprise systems.
• Create and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presentations with a strong technical focus.
• Mentor and guide the Technical Presales Specialists to ensure consistency in solution design and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across finance, contact center, and IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other architects to oversee the implementation of technical solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CTO and executive leadership on technology investments and innovation opportunities.
• Documentation and Training
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including solution diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal teams to enhance their technical capabilities in AI and data domains.

Qualities We Value 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF are highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Azure AI, Google AI) or data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) are a plus.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI and data architecture.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical presales efforts in BPO, MSP, or technology service industries.
• Extensive experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI platforms.
• Strong background in data architecture, including data modeling, ETL processes, and designing modern data ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skills and Competencies

• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in tools such as Visio, or equivalent for architectural design.
