ZBOM is setting up the Southeast Asia Largest Flagship Store (14000sf) in Singapore to provides a one stop Residential & Commercials Renovations Solutions Hub

ZBOM is looking for  Experience Sales Interior Designers to be part of our International Brand families.

Roles:

• Manage sales enquiries provided by the company.
• Handle HIGH QUALITY LEADS 
• Handle High Spending Power Clients.
• Strong knowledge of space planning and design concept proposal.
• Develop design concepts with good design sense.
• Researching and drawing up preliminary plans.
• Negotiating fees and setting schedules for the project.
• Coordinating with project team when work is carried out.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
• Good Communications and Design Solutions Proposal Presentation Skill
• Good Listening Skill
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday
• Performance Sales Designer will have a GREAT potential of earning more than $100K per year
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client’s.
