Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: From planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage transport, rentals, setup, and dismantle.
• Vendor Oversight: Work with vendors, negotiate costs, maintain relationships.
• Production Supervision: Ensure quality and safety in production.
• Technical Support: Manage audio, video, lighting, and electrical setups.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve event issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and project teams.
• Safety Compliance: Handle risk assessments and safety documentation.

What We Need:

• Experience in event logistics.
• Skilled in vendor management and negotiation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing.
• Strong work ethic, hands-on, and technically proficient.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
